SG coaching offers technique sessions for all levels. Whether you’re a beginner, competitive swimmer or somewhere in the middle, our one-to-one sessions will help you improve skills and technique in the water. Varied days and times available, book below.

Weekly run sessions suitable for all levels, whether you’re just starting out, looking to increase speed or distance. Every week is different and our friendly group will keep you motivated and encourage you to push yourself! Run club sessions are on a Monday (18:15-19:15 at Rosebank Garden Centre) and Wednesday (18:15-19:15 at Strathclyde Park)

Fun and well structured cycling classes for all levels. These sessions will challenge you while helping build strength and stamina. Our weekly cycling classes run on a Monday (17:15-18:00), Tuesday (18:00-18:45) and Friday (06:45-7:30am).

We offer tailored, one to one support for those looking to improve their swim, bike and/or run fitness and abilities. With over 20 years experience in competing and coaching, Shona will develop training plans specific to your goals.

Monthly group sessions focusing on at least 2 of the triathlon disciplines. These include either an indoor cycle session, outdoor bike or swim spa session followed by a run session. Find out next bootcamps via the button below.
